Current Openings

Curates RaveStruck’s social presence and growth across platforms. Responsible for content planning, daily posting, and active engagement to build community and measurable audience growth.

  • Manages Instagram (Facebook via IG cross-posting)
  • Creates and maintains a content calendar using Plann
  • Posts daily and actively engages with comments and DMs
  • Stays current on Instagram trends, growth strategies, and platform changes.
  • Develops content aligned with our target demographics
  • Drives measurable follower and engagement growth
  • Supports newsletter content (monthly, increasing as we grow)

This is a high-impact role for a growth-conscious creative. Compensation starts modestly and grows with results and company growth.

Creates educational YouTube tutorials.

  • Produces short tutorial videos using animation or visual storytelling
  • Works from provided topics or scripts
  • Develops a consistent, repeatable tutorial format
  • Collaborates on evolving concepts and formats as the channel grows

Project-based - possible ongoing collaboration.

Curates the creation and ongoing maintenance of RaveStruck’s music playlists.

  • Builds and maintains playlists on YouTube, Spotify, SoundCloud, and Apple Music
  • Organizes playlists by EDM genre, mood, and discovery
  • Keeps playlists updated, relevant, and aligned with RaveStruck’s direction
  • Possible ongoing collaboration as the platform grows
  • ⁠Knowing EDM music artist, genres etc is required.

Drives revenue through brand and event partnerships.

  • Sells website ad placements
  • Books paid event coverage packages with festivals, events, sponsors
  • Comfortable with outbound sales, including email outreach and cold calling
  • Manages conversations through closing
  • Works independently and is results-driven
  • ⁠Sales Experience Required.

Commission-only, performance-based. Multiple openings.
